As a Hashimoto’s patient the daily digest is extremely helpful with my condition. It really has helped me improve my digestion and I cannot live without them. I definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to reduce bloating, food sensitivities, and undigested food. It really does help!

I started taking this because I wanted to get off of NSAIDs post surgery. I was skeptical but thought it wouldn’t hurt - esp not as bad as nsaids. I felt like I had less discomfort but wasn’t sure until I stopped taking them for 3 days during a procedure prep. I definitely felt the difference and started taking them again. Nice job Dr C. My only question is what are the potential side effects for longer term use ?
I love the vanilla shake, in the morning I add some fresh organic spinach and some organic blueberries. Delicious
This is a good supplement for inflammation with quality ingredients, but I don’t feel it is better than Curamin which has similar ingredients.
